Payment must be made on the day of the appointment and I am able to accept cash, and  debit or credit cards and Paypal.

Cancellations

All treatments must be pre booked for a mutually convenient appointment time. If you are unable to attend an appointment or need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of scheduled treatment costs being incurred. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy. 

Time keeping

 I would recommend for your own benefit to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time . This will allow the allocated appointment time to be fully utilised for your treatment. I understand that in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible however appointments cannot over run the allocated appointment time period as this may impact on other clients appointments.

Well - being

I would respectfully ask that all clients are fit and well and clear from any illness or viruses for 48 hours prior to their appointment. This is to prevent cross infection and spread of any viruses. If you are unwell and need to reschedule your appointment then please contact me as soon as possible before your appointment.

Privacy Notice

As a complementary therapist providing holistic therapies to help improve the wellbeing of clients it is a requirement that I collect and hold personal and medical information concerning clients. This information will be kept confidential and secure and no personal data will be shared with any 3rd parties or organisations. The only exception to this is if their is a safeguarding concern relating to a child or vulnerable adult who the therapist perceives to be at the risk of harm in which case the therapist reserves the right to report and share date with the necessary safegurading agencies.
